Do not force the production. 3. Tighten and fix the weft roller. 4. Regularly loosen the spring on the outside to allow the yarn and wool inside to come out.

Reason for formation:

1. The raw materials have color differences. 2. Uneven pressing of the pan head 3. Uneven threading of the steel buckle

Preventive measures:

1. There is no need to replace the fuzz or the pan head. 2. Press the pan head heavily. 3. Place the weft needle in the middle of the opening.

Preventive measures:

1. Take tissue paper and chalk from the accessory room and wipe the brown silk clean. 2. Wipe all the passing shafts clean. 3. Wipe all the areas where yarn passes through and can be touched clean

Reason for formation: 1. The steel buckle is unevenly threaded, with small yarns on both sides and more yarns in the middle. 2. The steel buckle is too small to be threaded

Preventive measures:

1. Choose the appropriate steel buckle and wear it according to the regular method. 2. The steel buckle should be worn more appropriately and not too large or too little

Reason for formation:

1. The bottom yarn is thicker than the veil. 2. The steel buckle threading method is incorrect, and the bottom yarn is not covered. 3. The selection of steel buckles is too sparse, and there are too many yarns worn in each empty space.

Precautions for Ribbon Supply:

1. Change the thicker base yarn to the outermost edge, or replace it without adding another one. 2. Choose appropriate steel buckles and use one or two sets of threading methods. 3. Generally, try to use 1 or 2 sets of dressing methods instead of 3 or more.
